Reverse Preacher Curls

How to do the Reverse Preacher Curls

Start by sitting in the machine as shown and reverse your hands as shown. This will work a your Brachialis and Biceps Brachii at a different angle than regular preacher curls. Raise the weight while breathing out and then return to the starting position.
