How to do the Medicine Ball Ab Wood Choppers

To begin this wood chopper exercise start in a squat position holding a medicine ball at your side with two hands. Now explode upwards bringing the medicine ball across your body to the other side as high as you can. You may want to jump if you play basketball as this is a good conditioning power exercise for basketball players. Upon return to the starting position bring the medicine ball downwards using your abs.
