Exercise Ball Pushups

How to do the Exercise Ball Pushups

These exercise ball pushups are much harder than ground pushups because you are doing them on an exercise ball which throws your balance off significantly. To begin, lie face first on an exercise ball and your hands shoulder width apart holding onto the exercise ball. Slowly lower your body until it touches the ball and then come upwards breathing out. This exercise will force you to tighten your core during the entire exercise. This is an advanced exercise.
