How to do the Exercise Ball Medicine Ball Throw

The medicine ball throw is a great exercise to increase your speed and distance with any type of throwing (ie. Baseball Players). To begin this exercise start by lying supine on a ball with a medicine ball overtop of your head (holding with two hands). Now complete a crunch and start throwing the ball ahead of you as you come up to the top. If you have a spotter you can get the ball back right away to complete another rep right away.

Medicine Ball Throw Spotter Information:

Stand infront of the exerciser and receive the ball that they throw and then throw it back above their head to make it a more difficult abdominal exercise.
