How to do the Cable Bent-Leg DeadliftTo begin the Cable Bent-Leg Deadlift stand with your feet shoulder width apart and while keeping your back straight bend at your knees to pick up the cable (with an alternate hand grip on a straight cable bar as shown). Now, raise the cable using your legs and back until you are completely erect with your knees very slightly bent keeping the weight as close as you can to your body.
Cable Deadlift Notes: Keep your head up. The movement is completed when you roll your shoulders back and stick your chest out.
Cable Deadlift Spotter Information:
Stand behind the participant and spot them underneath their lats performing a squat with them.
