How to do the Walking

While intense walking is a good aerobic exercise it is probably more used as a weight loss tool than it should be. Walking is great if you are just looking to burn a few extra calories here and there but don't use it as a weight loss routine exercise. You should be getting your heart rate much higher (unless you can't for some physical concern).
