How to do the High to Low Medicine Ball Twists
This exercise is great for any sport involving twisting at the waist, or developing core strength. Ie. HockeyStart with a partner and stand back to back with one of the partners passing the medicine ball over their shoulder to the partner behind them. Grab the ball from the partner from the top and bring the ball down low to the opposite side. Please see the picture to the right.
