Colostrum

Author: Rod Ferris CPT, CPAFLA
Colostrum is a thin, milky substance which is secreted in mothers milk in the first few days of breast-feeding a newborn. Its rich in IGF-1, nutritients to improve your immune system, and enzymes to ensure the digestion of this protein.

One big problem with it is that unless you're a new born your digestive tract will destroy most of the benefits to colostrum and the rest of the benefits will be very little (a few vitamins and minerals).
