Purpose: To increased testosterone production, and increased strength by increase testosterone levels. Tribulus indirectly affects the blood levels by a hormone called (LH). LH regulates natural testosterone production and serum levels.

Research: The journal articles that we have looked at showed no significant increase in the amount of tribulus ingested and the muscle mass produced. However, the studies also suggest that if you have low testosterone levels this may help.

Notes: Muscle endurance, and muscular strength were not improved on journal article #1.
