Glycogen Depletion

Have you ever wondered... Since my glocogen takes 24 hours to come back to normal levels, is it ok that I workout consecuatively? Well you wont have enough glycogen for serious strength training if you exercise before the 24 hours, but if you are a beginner or intermediate resistance trainer you have no worries.
