Muscular Strength

Muscular Strength is defined by the ability of your body's muscle to generate force in a short period of time.

Muscular strength should be apart of anyones training program. Training for muscular strength should consist of 2-4 repititions and muscular failure should occur.

Creatine Phosphate and Carbohydrates are the primary source of ATP during this quick training phase.

Make sure you train your connective tissues well before you attempt a muscular strength phase of training.
