Calisthenics

Calisthenics (also known as dynamic stretching) is a type of training in which only body weight is used. Examples of calisthenics are: Push-ups and Chin-ups.

Research has shown that calisthenics is a better warm up than stretching, as it recruits more muscle fibres.
