Top 5 Mistakes

1. Not stretching enough. (stretch after aerobic activity! It will help prevent injuries!)
2. Not drinking enough water (drink water before, during and after your workout.)
3. Not exercising intensely enough. (make sure you get in your target heart rate zone!)
4. Not warming up or cooling down. There are countless benefits to both. Don't be too good for them.
5. Consuming sport drinks, and bars. They pack a huge calorie punch, and unless you are training for more than 2 hours your body dosn't need the calories/electrolytes that your providing it with.
