Rest between your sets

Do you train shoulders and triceps and then work chest the next day? You shouldn't. Working your chest is partly shoulders and triceps. So just make sure there is 24-48 hours in-between those muscle groups.

Note:
When you work your back... your working your biceps.
When you work your chest.. you work your tri's and shoulders
When you work your shoulders... you work your triceps...

Try and space them out!
