This is a necessity in any workout regeme.
Make sure to consume one to two cups of fluid at least one
hour prior to exercise. Also, consume 4-8 ounces of water
every 15 minutes during exercise. Finally consume two cups
of fluid for every pound of body weight lost after exercise.

Myth: Muscle cramps are caused by
inadequate salt intake
Reality: Cramps are caused by water
dehydration, inadquate salt and potassium intake.
