A lot of men and women have thick thighs but many women concentrate on how their thighs effect their self image. Each leg makes up 18% of the bodyweight in a human body, so it makes sense to focus on your thighs.
Why are my thighs thick?
Many people have different sizes of thighs. They vary in size because of genetics, activity level and activity type. People who train for marathons have much smaller thighs than people that don't run marathons. While people professional bikers have huge thighs because they use that muscle all the time.

of exercising your thighs
Probably one of the largest benefits of exercising your thighs is the HGH (human growth hormone) that your body produces naturally. HGH helps increase LBM (lean body mass) and decreases overall body fat.
Thighs are a large muscle which can be toned by working the rest of your body. You can not spot reduce, so only working your thighs will not decrease the size of them.
Now the big question: How do I make them smaller?!
You need to reduce your body overall body fat percentage. I'm sure this is no surprise to you but to do this we have laid out the steps in order:
1. Get on a good weight loss meal plan.
2. Get a good circuit training program integrating HIIT.
3. Get a good social support system that is also fit to help you through the rough patches. If you don't have friends who care about keeping in shape I suggest you join some clubs who have similar interests.
