Create your own super healthy smoothie with our easy to follow step by step guide 

Creating a smoothie recipe that tastes good, is healthy and of a great consistency is usually challenging but we have the solution for you.

Smoothie Recipe Step 1: Water or Ice 

Option 1: Pour half a cup of cold water into the blender
Option 2: Select 4-8 Ice cubes with a touch of water

Smoothie Recipe Step 2: Select your Fruit

Option 1: Half a cup of frozen mixed berries
Option 2: A frozen banana
Option 3: Dates (Don't forget to remove the pit)
Option 4: Mangos or pinapples (remove skin)

Option 5: Mix and match the options above

Smoothie Recipe Step 3: Add your Protein

There are many different types of protein and it's important to mix up the variety of protein source that you receive. Your options are:

  • Whey
  • Soy
  • Egg
  • Hemp
  • Rice
  • Smoothie Recipe Step 3: Add your veggies

    There are lots of vegetables that taste great in smoothies but the trick is to find the right one. Some can make or break a smoothie (ie. Leeks will destroy it). Some of your healthy options are:

    • Greens Powder
    • Carrots
    • Cucumber
    • Peppers (Green, Yellow, Orange and Red)
    • Celery
    • Spinach

    Smoothie Recipe Step 4: Pick your good fats 

    Good fats are important for any type of healthy recipe, but we are selecting from lots of different options:

    • Almonds
    • Walnuts
    • Flaxmeal

    Smoothie Recipe Step 5: Other options
