Create your own super healthy smoothie with our easy to follow step by step guide 

Creating a smoothie recipe that tastes good, is healthy and of a great consistency is usually challenging but we have the solution for you.

Smoothie Recipe Step 1: Water or Ice 

Option 1: Pour half a cup of cold water into the blender
Option 2: Select 4-8 Ice cubes with a touch of water

Smoothie Recipe Step 2: Select your Fruit

Option 1: Half a cup of frozen mixed berries
Option 2: A frozen banana
Option 3: Dates (Don't forget to remove the pit)
Option 4: Mangos or pinapples (remove skin)

Option 5: Mix and match the options above

Smoothie Recipe Step 3: Add your Protein
