| | | Moving Time | Now that most of the leases expire around this date and you are moving to a new place make sure that you follow these tips
Moving Tips:
1. Lift with your legs and back straight! 2. If you feel tired take a break! Theres no point falling down the stairs with a couch because you just wanted to move in 3 minutes ahead of schedule. 3. Drink lots of water and replenish your electrolytes. You might find that you have some seriously cramped muscles because you didnt drink enough. 4. Stretch before and after! This will help with the soreness that you will get after a long hard day of moving. 5. Have FUN! | |
