| | | Overtraining and workout days | Do you train shoulders and triceps and then work chest the next day? You shouldn't. Working your chest uses your shoulders and triceps. Make sure there is 24 - 48 hours in between those muscle groups.
Note: When you work your back... you're working your biceps. When you work your chest.. you work your triceps and shoulders. When you work your shoulders... you work your triceps.
Try and space them out!
