Thoughts:I usually go to the Women's Gym at the Superstore, but I go to some cardio programs there (10th Line) the members are incredibly friendly. The facility is roomy and clean. I am writing this cause I saw the negative comments. I train three times a week at the Goodlife downtown on Queen Street. My experience is that takes many hours of hard work to reach worthwhile goals. People who have no knowledge of what training is really about scoff at spending time and money on themselves and complain about the trainers who recommend it. It's a cultural bias on the part of the client and has nothing to do with ripping people off. If anyone is a looser its the guy who turned down the training.

Has great staff speak to Chuckles Mc Coy about the fried chicken offer.

Wow, this place sucks. Sales people are aggressive and will try to scam you, especially Shane the used car salesman. They sell steroids out of the change room. If you go in there just walk right back out.

Inquired about personal training and someone who had been a trainer for two months tried to tell me I couldn't hit my goals with less than 100 sessions, costing $5000. I am in good shape and just wanted to gain some strength and have worked with a trainer before. It offended me but when I decided to complain noone called me back. Don't know how many people have falled for this PT scam. Watch out if you want a good trainer, they only have three on staff with any experience at all. Check before buying.
