Weight & Fat Loss | Need some help


hi! am 21 year old guy..i need to lose weight especially arounnd my waist and hips..also my arms are really slender..have bin walkin for 20 min daily and a bit of strechin exercises..altogether around 45 min..i cant spend more than this daily..my waist around 35 and hips 40..no change from past 6 months..and also i eat sensibly..pls give some advice to lose weight and to improve my arms
