Body Building | Loose skin

I'm a female in my late 50's. I was going to the gym twice a week for years but 3 months ago I bought a recumbent exercise bike and an Inspire M3 home gym and have been using the bike 30 - 40 minutes a day and the home gym 3 times a week for an hour each time. I am pleased with my progress but I would like to tone the skin where my butt meets my thighs - any ideas?

You can't spot reduce but you can tone your whole body by doing many compound exercises and training hard when you're at the gym. You should try to complete a circuit training program with your new home gym system.
