Body Building | Lifting first or cardio?

I normally go for a run first then lift should I flip that around?

If you are aiming for muscle gain always do weight training first and cardio after.
it would be better if you could seperate weights and cardio to at least different times of the day. Also do different types of cardio including duration and intensity levels

ya i would switch it around because you are more worn down if you do your cardio first.
