Body Building | Help


i read through the forum and i read many articles about chest muscles being not equal and stuff and it can be solved but for my case the inner part of my right chest has no sign of muscle growth at all i have no idea why.. and i am very worried.. i have no idea how to make it right.. the more i train the more bigger other parts of my chest gets bigger expect for my inner part of my right chest it's just flat can anyone advice me please

What kind of chest exercises are you doing? If you are just doing a flat bench press, try doing an incline bench press. I've always found that the incline bench works more of your inner chest. Hope this helps. Good luck.
