Body Building | Energy bars

energy bars with carbs, protein, vitamins...are they better before, during, or after working out?

Well, if you can afford them, I think they are better anytime (except during working out, u will probably get stomach cramps). for me the best time is right after the work-out, but of course you gotta eat that plus some more food right when your are done (first 30 mins).
