Body Building | When should i take creatine?

I'm 15 and very very active (about 2 hours of hard physical activity a day.
I've been on whey protein for a little while and now I'm adding on creatine.
When would be the best time to take it? (before workout, after workout, etc.)

give yourself a year or two before taking creatine. It is unknown if there are any side effects (esp negative ones) from creatine yet but you might be better off waiting. If you are really interested in getting more creatine (since your body basically makes enough to fuel most activities) then eat more meat and chicken. They contain high levels of creatine.
