Body Building | Vaso xp and creatine

im just wondering if Vaso XP is any good?im on creatine right now and im almost done..i live in canada so i cna only get stuff from the GNC here. what do u best recomend for pills on getting big from there and what is the best powder suplement i should get from now on?

Creatine is always good, but I agree with Personal Trainer, that Whey Protein is something you should look into. Also GNC has a product called Mass XXX that is really good and a creatine pill that will help you get all the creatine you need. Just keep eatin your protein and make sure you're getting your essential vitamins. Dark green vegetables are always a good way to go. If you eat red meat eat the leaner meat and stay away from the sticky fat.

HMB, Creatine, Glutamine, Multi, CLA, ISO-Whey are your safe bets. A lot of the other supplements haven't been proven long term yet, so stick to the basics and eat a lot :)
