Diet Plans and Diet | Just starting out again


I am a 44 year old woman that needs to lose about 50 lbs, I already have alot of muscle mass, but am using weight training with lighter weights, cardio is about 1 hour per day, 6 days aweek. I am following the low GI, low carb diet. Any suggestions on anything to aid me in my endeavours would be muchly appreciated. Thanks!
