| Agreed. If your working out as soon as you wake up, try and eat a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of whey 30 minutes before you workout. It isn't dangerous to workout that early, just make sure your body is nutritionally prepared and you should remain fine. |

| The personal trainer is right in a way. As long as you are eatin right and sleeping there is no reason why you cannot workout in the mornin.|
Its all about motivation. If you are really into gaining muscle mass it does not matter if it is early morinin nor late afternoon.
Some things that will keep you energized throughout the day is things like oatmeal. Also an all natural electrolyte drink will help you wake up in the mornin!

| yes, you are a little sleepy. Your body or hormones aren't really prepped for a workout. If you are trying to gain muscle and want to optimize the time you workout you should try it in the afternoon.|
