Diet Plans and Diet | Does the "lemonade diet" really work?


I've been hearing good reviews about the lemonade diet (ie..distilled water, organic lemons, organic B maple syrup, and powdered cayenne pepper). People are losing 20 to 25 lbs in less than 10 days! I'm starting it tomorrow. Any advice?

I'm assuming you saw our review on the lemonade diet, but no. we would definitely not suggest anyone try it other than a fasting detox solution for 1 day at the max.
