Body Building | Best supplements for building muscle


I just had shoulder surgery and want to know what is the best products for lean muscle and strength. I also must be careful because creating makes me break out.

There has been a system that I have been on for a while called Isagenix. It has been really good. You should check it out.

Here is a list of supplements that are effective and safe. Beside the supplement is the recommended usage.

Supplement List:
Whey Protein: Mid morning, Mid aft, post workout with CHO

Omega 3's: Fish Oil: Purchase a fish oil high in DHA and EPA. Take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Creatine Monohydrate(5g per day): 2.5g morning, 2.5 after a workout.

Vitamin C: 500mg with Food.

Vitamin E: After a workout.

Multivitamin: Daily.

Greens Plus: if you're not getting enough veggies. Take twice or three times daily.

Glutamine: After a workout with the iso-whey and CHO.

HMB: after a workout.

Green Tea / Other Dark Herbal Teas : Mid Morning/ Mid Aft

Coffee : Black : Early Aft / Early Morning

Water throughout the day: IMPT!
