Whey Protein: Mid morning, Mid aft, post workout with CHO
Omega 3's: Fish Oil: Purchase a fish oil high in DHA and EPA. Take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Creatine Monohydrate(5g per day): 2.5g morning, 2.5 after a workout.
Vitamin C: 500mg with Food.
Vitamin E: After a workout.
Greens Plus: if you're not getting enough veggies. Take twice or three times daily.
Glutamine: After a workout with the iso-whey and CHO.
HMB: after a workout.
Green Tea / Other Dark Herbal Teas : Mid Morning/ Mid Aft
Coffee : Black : Early Aft / Early Morning
Water throughout the day: IMPT!
