What is V02 Max?

Vo2 max is a test that determines how much oxygen you are able to deliver to your muscles for sustained amount of exercise intensity. This test is measured in millilitres of oxygen consumed per minute of kilogram of body weight.

What does the Vo2 Max tell you?

Someone with a very high vo2 max is in much better shape and can sustain a high level of intensity than someone with a lower vo2 max.

The VO2 Max is the ultimate measure of the level of fitness you're in.
